Yep, I've done the same thing.

I find me in my house.

I'm fully lucid and I rush in my room, trying to see if I'm sleeping there.

I find myself, sitting in a rotating armchair, but somehow my head is facing backwards (very weird).

It's me, I can see my face and body pretty clearly. I'm at the same age/complexion as I'm now.

I take my double's head in my arms, and move in in it's proper place.

I'm shocked, as he starts to turn old! over the course of few seconds, he turns to be about 60 years old, with some light gold /blonde hair on his head and wrinkled face. But I absolutely know it's me! I can see my features in this old man.

We start to talk, but damn it, I cant remember a single word. Basically I hold his head in my arms, and he looks up at me. I can feel like he's dying. We talk for some time, and I have a feeling, he said something important.
All I remember is that he was friendly and tried to tell me something...
I could feel he was in pain.

that's pretty kool. i'll have to try that later down the road. after i have my first lucid dream of course, lol. but what is an OBE, i hear about them from time to time now on this site and still don't kno what it is. is there's somewhere i can learn about this like another site or post or can someone just tell me what it is, an OBE.

I have also had these dreams, but the version of me got younger instead of older. Once I met the younger version of my Webegan to converse about my life. I learned much I forgot about myself that night, and I warned the young me away from many of the mistakes I have made over the years.

Yep I've actually done that myself. And several times I've went to my house and I never found myself. Instead I always see my Dog but It's like just walking up into my bedroom and no ones there. I hate that because I want to see myself sleeping in the bed so I can jerk myself and wake myself up.

hehe, it would be fun to talk to yourself

I will have to try to talk to my current self next time I'm lucid. It will be interesting to see what I have to say. Imagine the strain on my mind to be able to carry out a conversation with two of the same character though.

Well next time try to watch or listen to whoever you live with like parents etc. Then when you wake up ask them if what you saw/heard really happened.

I tried getting facts I dont know from people. What I got was a bunch nonsense.

What you describe was an OBE that you were aware of.
When we go to sleep, and start dreaming, we automaticly leave our physical body, and go float around in our astral one. Everybody does this all the time when youre sleeping !!
You can learn how to do this at will.
When you have a lucid dream, you are mostly being inside your dream worlds, so try to snap out of it and return to the real world while being still asleep. Nobody will see you, because you are in another dimension ( one of the 2 planes of the 5 th dimension), the only beings who can see you will be other astral travellers or negative entities. Or people who are awake and have polyvision.
When you dream you are flying, you are actually flying, in your astral body. If you happen to fly to your house, to your room, you will see yourself lying there in your bed asleep. That is, if you are not in your made-up dreamworld.

This is my thinking, and that of other OBE enthousiasts

Welcome leenuman!!! The line between a made up dream world and the astral plane is very hard to determine most of the times. I sometimes feel that I am in one during a dream, but am really in another. They are very abstract concepts, thus, there can be many answers to the same question...

HaHa !!! OKOK WHAT IS THA ASTRAL PLANE?? I DID read tha whole site and all tha tutorials, but I either forgot or dont understand it.
Can someone explain? 8)
