      Frustration...

      hey all. i have been tring to become lucid for awhile now and i still havn't even had 1. just 1 is all i want. i here so many good things about it and if u really think about it, the possiblities are ENDLESS! that's probably why i can't have one, because they mean so much 2 me. i'm getting really frustrated and discuraged because i can't even have ONE!!! anyone else having troubles!?

      Now, now! I know how you feel!!

      You know, life can be good even w/o lucid dreaming, man! If you behave and think as if lucid dreaming is incredibly urgent...well, you should already know it's counterproductive to be desperate.

      Think of lucid dreaming as a girl you wish to hit on, ok? Things are not gonna work out if you're needy, lol.

      Stop stressing over it and take a break for a while. You won't have any if you obsess over it or anything.

      Yeah if you take a moment away and not focuse to hard then you should be able to have your first lucid dream in no time. Just don't force it and try not to think about it as much. You'll get there don't worry.

      Dude, youll get one sooner or later, dont worry. Every time you think about it instead of getting frustrated do a reality check or something. Have you tried the different techniques on this forum?

      What induce method do u use?

      i will try to WILD again tonight I get to start of HI and then i screw up always Anyway, i like the feeling when all your body is relaxed and numb so im happy even if i dont have lucid dream


      just keep DJ, keep dreaming, enjoy The dream shouldn't be Lucid to be interesting

      Exactly, I suggest you try every method and see which one seems to be the one you feel most confortable with...if this still doesn't bring you immediate results then...give it some time

      right now my method is:

      -goto sleep for 8 hours...
      -i usually wake up at around 6:00 AM
      -try to recall anything but i'm usually so tired that i can't even think...
      -then set my alarm to go off at 6:20 AM, at which time i have to goto school. during those 20 minutes, i usually have very vivid dreams...

      that's the method i've been tring/using. the really good news is that my last day of school was yeshterday and i'm on my first day of summer vacation today, ! i dunno kno what to do, keep doing this or try a new method, any suggestion.
