can create sp type feeling when awake

i've been able to do this for a long time and its very hard to explain what i feel and how i do it. my body isnt paralyzed but i can create the euphoric, tingly type feeling you get when your about to go into sp. i can only do it for a couple of seconds because if i do for it for too long i twitch a little bit and it stops.

for all of you that are wondering, no i was not on drugs or have never been on drugs. i am not sleep deprived nor do i have a serious mental problem. if i read this thread i would be thinking all that.

can anyone tell me what this is or if anyone can do this?

You get a euphoric feeling? When I have SP it's more of impending doom like I am about to die, or someone is going to really harm me. You must be lucky if you get a Euphoric feeling going into SP.

I can do it aswell. I believe Aquanina was the one, who once wrote how do it.

What I do, is that I try to move my body. I send the signal to by body-parts, but I don't complete it, så that I actually move.

Aquanina said (if it was her), that she tries to move, and thus makes the mind think the body i paralyzed, and the mind makes the body paralyzed for real. It's hard for me to do it, and I can only do it, when I'm not breathing. It does give the same weird feeling, of floating and vibrations though.

It doesn't really induce a sleep-paralyze, unless you're already a bit into the process. That means, you've been relaxing and counting your breath (or whatever technique you use) for maybe 5 or 10 minutes.
