I just wanted to say that lately, I've been lucid dreaming more and my dream recall has suprisingly increased. It's Amazing! I believe the Autosuggestion Technique and the MILD have really helped.
All I do is expect to have a lucid dream by telling myself things like "I expect that to be in my lucid dream tonight" or I'll just know and say "Since I'm feeling tired, I'll have a nice lucid dream tonight for relaxation". Then I don't worry about it anymore until I go to sleep and repeat some phrases or just think about it. It works.
As for recall, I just wake up with a good memory of my dream or even if I wake without remembering my dream, I'll later on start to remember bits and pieces of it.
Although they are controllable, sometimes I don't seem myself(not in a bad way) and everytime I wake up, they felt as though they were non-lucid but still lucid
