If you are trying to WILD, you will feel vibrations. Just don't be scared and you will enter a LD.

EDIT- Once when I was WILDing my foot started hurting terribly, but its all in your head, ignore it.
While there is a lower class, I am in it.
While there is a criminal element, I am of it.
While there is a soul in prison, I am not free.

Thats odd. Maybe your WILDing without trying to. I don't know. That is very odd.

This might just be normal sleep paralysis. Every once in a while, my legs will sort of jump up. Though, that usually happens to me if I'm dreaming that I'm falling. My legs will jerk violently and I'll wake up right before I hit the ground!

These experiences are part of the transition between waking and dreaming, and are harmless. Things like that happen during this transition, it's just that most of the time, we're not concious during them and thus can't feel them. With the WILD technique, conciousness is maintained between waking and dreaming, so as to enter a dream while knowing that you're dreaming, and people using this technique often experience the same kinds of things you do during the process. Since you already often reach this transition without effort, you could probably succeed at WILD easily. If you were to stay still and not stop this sensation, you would probably enter a lucid dream quite quickly.

I get these vibrations fairly often, especially if I am extremely tired when I go to bed. Just give yourself over to them... they're harmless, and I actually enjoy them.
