      Mini Dreams?

      sometimes when im kinda tired but cant get fall asleep right away

      i can let my mind drift away and ill have a mini dream that seems like it only lasts for a few minutes and i feel aware and usually become aware that its a dream kinda then when i get consciousness i lose the dream part but see images really clearly

      the strange thing is is that i havent been sleeping before this and i have not been meditating or trying to do anything

      It could be a daydream. Sometimes when I'm in a REALLY boring class I zone out and I completely forget where I am and whats going on. I can't hear anything or see anything around me, I just get caught up in a daydream. It's weird because when someone talks to me I come back to reality and get scocked and confused. It takes me a while to reenter the "real" world.

      when i day dream i zone out but this is more like a real dream

      like theres plot and stuff and there is no difference between my regular dreams except shorter
