In a world where darkness is fear, there's always that light at the end of the tunnel.
Well, there is [kinda] a way to do that if you are lucid. I've heard of spinning and paying attention to your breathing will keep you lucid longer and therefore asleep longer. For me, I found that concentrating on anything- your feet, your hand, what you are thinking has kept me lucid a bit longer when I feel it loosening up. This may not be what you are asking, however. :/ |

That is what I'm asking. But I have another question for all of you out there: |

Stay in bed the whole day by manipulating your dream? |

I don't know if that is possible or not, but if it is I would assume it to be fairly difficult. To stay asleep all day isn't exactly healthy, and the human body isn't really made for sleeping that many hours. |
