If I Can Feel & Smell.....

have i already achieve lucidity, or is this just another dream sign to induce lucidity, because i have natural LD's. Sometimes they just happen, and they are beginning to happen more and more as i improve my dream recall.

The vividness/realism of a dream isn't what determines lucidity (despite the actual meaning of the word "lucid"). If you know you are dreaming, you are lucid. Even if you can't smell or feel anything.

I think that's what you were asking...? Anyway, awesome that you're getting more lucids! Keep up the good work! 8)

For me feeling heat/cold/wind/sensations, etc it just something that occurs naturally in dreams for me. So no I do not think you were lucid those are just sensations that occur naturally your 5 senses do carry over to your dreams although they are not always present. Being "Lucid" means you are aware that you are dreaming and you control what you are doing and what is happening. But congrats at the increased amounts of lucid dreams you have been having.

Many people experience some of their senses in their dreams, i don't but is not special to just a lucid dream, it can occur in normal dreams also.

The extreme vividness/ accuracy in your dreams with the senses just represents the fact that you are completely unconcious, fully unaware that the enviroment you're in is fake. When you become lucid, your vision gets a musty haze becaue it is aware that the surrounding environment is not real (at least, that's my take on it. When I enter an LD, whatever object I'm focusing on becomes more vivid).
