If it's possible that the body doesn't go into SP, why shouldn't it be possible for your mind to be partly stuck in a dream-like state?

I'd meditate for an hour or 2 and see if anything strange happens during it :S
It started happening to me when I started LDing. But I'm guessing it was always there, the only thing that changed when I started was my awareness of the world and stuff.

No, LDing does not cause these symptoms in waking life throughout the day. Like Bonsay said, the most LDing may have done is made you aware of already existing problems.

If these symptoms persist, I would strongly urge you to speak to an expert. It can be caused by anything from as simple as sleep deprivation to something as severe as a brain disorder.

I think it might be something like the placebo effect. You think too much about something and then the mind starts playing tricks on you. Altough the safest bet would be consulting a doctor. Of course this is only what i think, Im not a professional

Oh you are right I didn't think about sleep deprivation, but yes I have had those sypmtoms when I have been awake fore a few days like 2+ so that may be your problem is that you are not getting enough sleep and are staying awake for to long.

I agree with Mes Terrant in that having Lucid Dreams should not be causing such problems.

Thanks a lot all of you. I have been getting quite a bit of sleep recently, but normally I don't get enough so that really can be the cause. Edit:Yes, when I said it happened 'multiple times a day', I meant throughout the day and night while I'm out and about. I even saw neon colors and everything around me was 'vibrating' like crazy last night while being awake which is weird. Surprisingly, nothing has happened AT ALL today so maybe I don't have much to worry about after all. I assumed LD had nothing to do with it and that other's had experienced this too. I'm going to try to get even more sleep...(12 hours like Bonsay)
