How can I remember to do my reality checks!?!?!

I don't have a watch that can alarm me every half hour or so. And, with time going by so fast I always forget to do my reality checks. I want to know if there is anything else to help me do them frequently. Thanks.

Mike, can't tell ya how many posts there have been on this, it's okay, but look around, and you will see so many answers to this question. there are many ways. Just remember to do them at a certain interval, every hour on the hour, or more frequently. find something that commonly appears in your dreams and identify it when you see it, then reality check...etc etc. Make it a part of your day and you wont forget. Have alook on the main page here, in tutorials or introduction i cant rememb it takes you through it all, ANY question you could have is answered. I wish you luck.

The key is to make doing reality checks habitual. Therefore, to create such a habit you must do them everytime you (blank), so that when you are in a dream and happen to (blank), you'll incedently realize you are dreaming.

Ive heard that one effective way to do it is to do a reality check everytime you enter or leave a room. Of course, you can make (blank) anything you consistently do, so long as it's something you would probably do in a dream as well.

But, it must be something you condition yourself to do automatically. If you have trouble with starting off, write your RC on your hand so that you are constantly reminded of it through out the day. And keep doing this each day untill you no longer need to be reminded to do a reality check everytime you (blank).

Take a ink pen and write something on your hand. Everytime you see it, do a RC.

One method I found effective was one that did not require anything of you, except to not be late for class. Although most schools are out, while I was in school this year, I would do a reality check every time the bell would ring for me to change classes. This way I would RC every 45 min and when entering/leaving a room. Of course if you don't go to school anymore this doesn't help.
