I find that if I experience something in waking life that is emotionally powerful, all the senses in that event occur in my dream as well. I.E. If you get punched really hard in real life, you might feel some pain or strong touching sensations in your dream! If you smell something really strong that you haven't smelled in a while, you might smell in your dream, etc... This is just a personal occurence, though. I don't know if it happens this way for others.
If you want more senses in dreams, maybe try getting really emotionally connected to what you sense in waking. It's worth a shot, right?
Yea all of my senses are present in my dreams. Sight, Touch, Smell, Sound, and Tastes are all there. So like the quote above you can have all of your senses, some of them, none of them, and senses you didn't know you had. So it may vary from dream to dream, but one or more of them is usually present.
