So im new to LDing but want to master it so bad lol , ive had quite a few in my past but there werent deliberate just luck.Since i discovered it can be triggered mentally i was so shocked and have been reading a heap about it.

I tried WILD before i slept , WILD after waking up 5-6 hrs then going back to bed 30mins after.I have read the tutorials hundreds of time but i feel like im not doing it properly.last night i went to bed early as i was so eager to try after reading so much during the day.

Although at one point where i woke up after a very small dream , i was extremely tired and almost forgot to concentrate but the i started saying "i am dreaming" in my head for a few minutes and looking at the white and black colors .Then my body felt paralyzed , tingling started to feel through my entire body , just before i fell asleep i started to feel as if i was sinking or the feeling when you jump of something high you get the tingle.is this a sign process were i was going to go into an LD? once i had the feeling where my body felt like it was sinking i kinda freaked out and stopped and just fell straight back to bed.

Its hard to realise when you go to bed if your doing it right.Does listening to yoga music, I-DOSER , or somesort of meditation where someone is talking to you?
