      Question

I didn't want to piss anyone off by posting this in anyone's elses thread so I'm asking here. Is the Steven Laberge book in smart person talk, I hate smart person talk...? O ya, please only dumb people who read the book answer this or people who know what smart person talk is.

trust me, it's on an understandable level. you should have no problem with it.

Ya, I'm reading 39 excerpt pages of it on Amazon and it's pretty good so far. Nice avatar; it's less scary than the last one...

      thanks, Haruko from FLCL.

here is an excerpt from chapter 4:

(taken from Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge)

      Falling Asleep Consciously

In the last chapter we talked about strategies for inducing lucid dreams by carrting an idea from the waking world into the dream, such as an intention to comprehend the dream state, a habit of critical state testing, or the regognition of a dream sign. These strategies are intended to stimulate a dreamer to become lucid within a dream. This chapter presents a completely different set of aproaches to the world of lucid dreaming based on the idea of falling asleep consciously.

      sound too hard?

Cool for you. Your probably done with your homework now, how do you like it? I suggest that you read it until your really tired to night and you might get a lucid dream.

hey, i noticed that this thread was kinda gettin off the subject anyway, so i dont feel too bad about changing the subject. and since you mentioned it earlier.... what the fuck is FLCL all about? its hella weird. i watched almost all the episodes and it seems totally pointless. dont get me wrong, it was entertaining, and funny, but i felt like i was gonna get a seizure or something from watching it. by the way, what does FLCL stand for anyway

Oh wow, this thread really makes me feel pathetic and exemplifies how sad my life really is. This is because I am reading and interested in reading you living updates every 5 minutes.

Maybe I should just kill myself? lol
