      Ya I love this technique too. Haven't had any eventful LD's with it, but I kept holding lucidity by rubbing my hands, worked great for me. My only trouble right now is staying still, and actaully remembering to DEILD.

      I am a big fan of the DEILD and the DILD and the WILD and the WBTB.
      DEILD and DILD are my preferred method for bringing about Lucid Dreams though.
