      SP help

      is there a sure-fire way or tutorial that can get you into SP really fast, or like really easy? cause i cant get into sleep paralysis unless i'm really stressed out.

      oh and another question, what do i do next when i'm in sleep paralysis?
      and how do i stop it from freaking me out too much

      and another, how do you make the LD more realistic?
      is there like a easy way to do it?
