Lucid Tasks: 14
same here. happened from a nightmare at a young age. I didn't like the dream - realized I was dreaming - woke myself up |

We who are about to dream, salute you!
I've always loved Coast to Coast AM and so probably googled stuff about OBEs or something and came across lucid dreaming somewhere. I don't remember any lds before knowing about them. I found out about them maybe a year ago but didn't have any until around January of this year I think. I always believed it was possible when I heard about it. They aren't as "crazy" as things such as OBEs (which I'm not really sure what to think of now, I was under the impression that they were just WILDs but now reading "Far Journeys" by Robert Monroe there seems to be more to them, but we'll leave that up to Beyond Dreaming topics). Anyway, I was probably 16 when I first found out about lucid dreams. |

I discovered the term LD 2 years ago, but have been doing it since I was a very little kid at the tender age of 4. |

I just found out what my way of dreaming is called, "lucid dreaming". I have been a lucid dreamer for many years but thought everybody dreams this way. |
|
Used to lucid dream when I was a kid, found out what it was around age twelve and started trying to do it again at around thirteen. |
|
I don't really consider making myself wake up from a nightmare being a lucid dream, because if it was, then I would have been a very active lucid dreamer when I was younger. |
|
When I was around 6 or 7 I discovered that I could "choose" what I would dream about if I thought very hard about it when I went to bed. A few months later I must have had my first lucid dream (i can't remember exactly when or how it was) and ever since then their frequency has always been increasing. |

i found out about it wen i was 7 and then to later find that a DC showed me how to do it which was fun. So 10 years on august 2nd come on!!!!!!!! |
