It helps if you use the WBTB (wake-back-to-bed) method, because right before sleep will take you forever to get SP. So wake up in the middle of the night and try, and it helps if you drink a coke or something. I assume you are trying to WILD? (wake-induced-lucid-dream) |

I dunno. It varies, and it has so many variables, like how long you slept, how tired you are etc. But ballpark not more than 45 mins. But I don't really have a sense of time when I do it...sorry. |
