worst. dream. ever.

this dream was extremely vivid and extremely long. k here it goes... i wake up in my bed. the sun is still behind the mountain but it gives enough light for me to see. i get up and go through my routine... shower, clothes, etc. well i remember that i have to take my sister to school. i knock on her door and there's no answer... i crack the door open and there's blood all over her room. a lot of the blood is concentrated around her bed. i pull the covers off of her. she's ripped up and naked. she was raped. i feel sick to my stomach. i start crying over her and i'm slowly getting angry. i run into my parent's room and same deal... there's blood everywhere and they're sliced up. i hear the front door slam. by this time i'm thoroughly pissed. i run out into the living room only to see a big black van go peeling out of my driveway. my animals are all lying on the couch... they're all dead. i flip out and start screaming at them for not protecting the family. for some reason i think the van is going to my friends house... i jump in the honda and race over there. i get there and sure enough the van is parked along side the house. i run inside and my best friend of 13 years is lying across his coffee table... he's dead. i hear the van pull out. i run out and it's just going past the front door. i slam into the side of it; putting a huge dent in it but it doesn't stop. it flies down the road. i get in the honda and chase it to my ex-girlfriend's house. i loose it behind the house. i go inside to check on mariah. she's flipping out. i tell her to get her family and bring them all into her room. she comes back with just her sisters... she can't find her parents. i tell her and her sisters to hide under the covers. i turn off the lights then pull a knife out of my pocket and wait by the door. it seems like forever but i can hear someone coming down the hall. her door opens slowly and as someone steps in i stick the knife into their neck. they fall over. it was her dad. the girls ask from under the covers if i got the bad guy. i tell them to stay under the covers. i pull her dad into the bathroom and prop him up on the toilet. i go back into her room. and lift the covers... they're all dead. i fall over and start crying. i hear the van driving away but i don't do anything. i just look at the ceiling.

yowsa that is bad. what did you feel on waking up? i've had a few dreams similar and i always feel a great relief when i wake up and realize it was only a dream. not to diminish your very horrible dream, but the worst dream I ever had was the one where i worked a full 8 hour shift... then woke up and had to go to work for real. I woke up with a feeling of utter frustration and disgust that I had just dreamed an entire shift, and now had to go work an entire shift again in real life immediatly afterwards. second worst, was also one of the best, I dreamed I found a ton of cash, had a long great dream where I had basically whatever I wanted, was cruising around in a Ferrari (and i vividly remember the leather and paint and everything). I stashed a bunch of money under my bed in part of the dream, and when I woke up I looked for it under the bed. great dream, but a total letdown when I woke up as I was completely expecting the cash to be there heh.

Sounds like a horrible nightmare. Not to diminish your dream either but last night in my dream there was a device failure where the light wouldn't turn on, and I did not tie that to me being in a dream. And this is right after I read about all that.

Well, when reading ur post I had an idea that I may have similar dream. kinda like my mind tries to prove he's capable of creating similar scenario... Well, I just had a very uneasy dream... worst thing - I thought it was reality

Wow!!! Man that seems like one intense dream!!!! I thought that it would end with your sister, but it then going after everyone you love and cherish is really fucking awful!!! To bad you didn't turn lucid, or you would have made some serious damage to that/those bastards!!! Next time, if you remember to haunt them down, I gotta tell you I would not want to be them!!! P.S. Slaying lions also sounds pretty cool...in my last LD I killed the band Korn with a sniper riffle
