      multiple LD's in a row?

The other night, I had I attained lucidity, and woke up shortly after. Once I fell back asleep I decided to do a reality check (thumb through hand) and it failed, but as I examined the room I was in i realized that I must be dreaming because it was so unfamiliar (it was supposed to be where I worked but looked nothing like it). I started flying but hit a wall and didn't pass through it, which caused be to again wake up. Again I fell back asleep quickly and noticed that my surroundings were strange and that I was dreaming, but stil my thumb would not pass through my hand. I periodically woke up and fell back asleep to gain lucidity again and had about 7 LD's presumably in a row, though I dont know if there were dreams in between that i didnt remember. When I was done with this process, all in all I tried the same reality check 6 times and remember it failing.

It looks like i still have real world spatial perceptions in dreams, are there any tips on changing that?

Also is it very common to have this many awakenings/LD's in a row?

You should use a different Reality Check because thumb through hand is a smaller vision of you walking through walls etc. So I would do something easier like the nose RC.

Yes it would be common to wake up fall asleep quickly and enter a dream this happens quite often however for them to be all LD's as you have claimed that might not be as common.

It is common to have many false awakenings in a row. And it's also common to slip into a LD afterward. I'm not sure if it's common to get that many LDs but I suppose it's entirely possible.

Real world spacial perceptions in dreams vary from dream to dream, for me anyway. Just try reassert that you are in control, it's your dream and try to overcome whatever barrier is set before you. BUT don't persist for too long or, like me, you'll waste most of a LD beating on a damned wall trying to get through it. Instead of wasting the dream think of something fun you've always wanted to do and go do it.

      Good luck.

like brandon heat said different rc's like the time rc and finger count rc which i think are the most reliable and it's not common to have multiple ld's in a row, but the other night i had about 6 and it happened twice before once i had 11 ld's and about 9 the other time.

I often have two lucids in a row, I have for the past two nights in a row. It's on your mind so you just do it.
