      I find that if I set my mind to it before I fall asleep at night, my subconscious will wake me up before my alarm rings as well.

      Yea it's never good when your LD gets interrupted there is nothing worse in my opinion involved with dreaming that is.

      A solution could be to go to bed earlier so it gives you more lee way for error.
