      remembering

I'm sure htis has been asked before, but I can't find it.

Is it, as a whole easier to remember dreams where you are lucid than normal ones, are they as clear in memory as say yesterday, or are they fuzzy llike normal dreams?

having had only one i'm not sure..

To me, it SEEMS way easier to remember lucids. It's kind of hard to say because if you forget it you never really know.

I usually have to struggle a bit to put my normal dreams back together. The lucids are almost always fully intact when I wake.

Since my lucid dreams are via WILDs (which means I enter the dream consciously), they are definately easier to remember as long as I wake up once the lucid dream ends and write it down. If I don't write it down and simply fall back asleep (whether into a non-lucid dream or into no dreams), it is really hard to vividly recall my lucid dream.. I may only recall snippets of it.

I can usually recall my non-lucid dreams pretty well as long as I 1) don't move once I wake up from them, 2) take some time to recall what took place and then 3) write them down.

Same with me. After I wake up from a lucid dream I find it way easier to remember what happened. I think it's because you are more conscious when your lucid so, I would believe that it would be right to remember your dreams more when you’re lucid then non- lucid. But then again I always find Lucid dreams to be more memorable then a non- lucid so that could add on to why I remember Lucid dreams more. Though, personally I have always had a good dream recall so there is a fine difference but not far apart by remembering the two. It just takes more work to remember a non lucid then a lucid. At least in my case.
