Thread: should i get reallly tired?

because i read on like one of the tutorials that u should wait till around midnight or the morning to try to enter an LD

which makes sence, you being tired, ull get there faster almost.. you know?


so... Should i be Tired.. or get a good sleep, because if i need a good sleep, and im bouts to get off rite after i read an answer or 2

somtimes if ur to tired u just fall asleep without noticing it

You'll have the best luck if you've already slept a few hours so that you're tired but are already near a later dream period.

I have a hard time recalling dreams when I'm to tired.

it depends which tutorial...but regardless i wouldnt reconmend it

my recall goes down entirely when im really tired...and if you are trying DILD methods you just need a proper night sleep

if you are trying a wbtb method...just go to sleep normal time and then wake up 5-6 later before your REM
