      Quality or Quantity?

I have a dry spell on me now. And I found out why: I just accept anything I see in a dream. Everything is possible = that was a part of my LD philosophy... now it gets back at me.

Thinking that anything is possible gives you more freedom in a LD and more weird dreams. At the same time, it makes you accept almost anything, thus you dont get as much DILDs as a more conservative person..

A more realistic person may realize that if he's seeing something irregular, it's a dream. At the same time, their ability to perform tricks in LD is limited...

what would you choose? what kind of person are you?

I accept every bizzare occurance. It saddens me, but while I dream I find it to be a serious situation...stupid me...

      BTW, I chose quality

I say quantity but thats assume it lasts atleast a minute and you remeber the dream. If quality is below that its like you never even had one.

I don't really think thats causing your problem though. I have done some really weird things in dreams but I get 90% of my lucid dreams from noticing its a dream. So I don't think doing weird things make me believe its real. It really all seems random to me.

Quality all the way! One lucid dream a week, or even a month, if it were very profound would make up for an entire week of flying, or cleaning up stains
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      yeah

i think another option should be length

i would chose length because currently i have not had a lucid dream last more than 5 minutes

so i have a lot of little chunks of lucid dreaming

definatly quality, if i had a LD every night that was boring, then i would stop LDing, there would be no point, i think experiancing the "impossible" is a lot more fullfilling then having a dream that you are simply aware of every night

Quality, those are the dreams you will cherish forever. I still remember some of my best and most exciting dreams clearly.

The memory of that LD makes me smile everytime I think of it...

I would rather have 1 good quality and lenght LD, in which I can try several of the things I want and can be lucid enough to do what I truly want to do: Find answers....
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

I said 50/50, because I'd like to start having more lucid dreams. Since I haven't had any lately, quality won't do any good if nothing is happening.

I always accept things that happen in my dreams, and don't question why they happened, I need to start doing more Reality Checks. I don't remember why, but in my first Lucid Dream, I got really upset because my life was so awful, and started banging my head on the floor, saying that "this can't be happening!" and then I realized it was just a dream, so I was quite glad I questioned it.

quality. there's nothing more satisfying than a strong lucid dream... ok there are some things but a strong, vivid ld is certainly fun.
