      Non-REM Dream...

      Hello Guys!
      Quick Question!-

      I had a dream where i wasnt in it...so how do i do RC then?

      some guys said..i werent lucid enough...but how can you be lucid without realizing it or aware of it?

      Can Dreams occur during non-REM period?

      I almost never dream in first person.. I'm like the audience to my dreams.
      That makes it pretty hard to become lucid..
      I sleep so I don't have to feel

      As long as we can swim freely in our dreams we won't need that sky anymore

      Haven't you already made a topic like this? If it was only one dream I wouldn't worry about it. You can't hope to become lucid every dream can you.

      Im sorry, did i said 1 dream? no...i said week. yes exacty...i kept all my dream in my journal. so far, id said i have an average around 2 to 3 dream a day. and that make it nearly 14 to 21 dreams a week. so that means...out of the whole dreaming experience, i only managed to see myself in like..1 dream.

      Got the point? 1 : 21.
