anyone ever had this in a wild?

ok i was in a WILD one morning recently and i couldnt roll over at all!!! i tried standing up but id just fall back to my body.

So i was just sitting there in my false room thinking of ways to get out of a SP when i think hmm i can count or i can go through the alphabet (its a problem because i havent memorized it yet...) so im thinkin it cant hurt and i go a...b....c and all of a sudden on the letter C a fly more real thena nything in a wild flys over my face like i see it in high def like in real life.

all of a sudden in my newly acquired "high def" vision i see a grim reaper hovering over my head. I close my eyes and manage to wake up minutes later.

but has anyone had t his similar to me before? Why would counting a-b-c make a bunch of hullucinations?

and i might as well kill two birds with one stone what are good ways of getting out of SP?

You were in SP in a dream? This has happened to quite a few people in that they can either A) Not Move or B) Seemingly be very low on energy making any movements difficult.

As for having SP in dreams theres not really much you can do from what I have seen as it often comes with a lack of dream control. Why would counting make hallucinations? It's a dream anything can happen.

Good ways of getting out of SP? Wait it is usually over in 2-3 mintues maybe even less.

I would try your basic hand rubbing and the whole "increase lucidity" thing wheer you actually yell it. If you have enought mobility, try the dream pill tactic where you create a pill to increase controll and hell, free you from the SP.
      Control is Everything
      LD Count:33
      WILD:6, DILD:27, MILD:3
(At this point, I've completely lost count. Those are my last accurate stats.)

      I've experienced dream paralysis before

happened after False awakenings to me

I simply can't move at all

But when I try to move with all my intent, the dream fades

guess we have to be more passive to actually be able to move
