      Question Entering a dream\ld

      This is something that has been happening to me a few times now i am just lying there and then all of a sudden this sensation goes through my body and i can feel myself entering a dream (a few times before sleep and a few after). I'v never followed this, it freeks me out and i snap out of it.

      Anyone else experienced this or know what it is and do u think it could it be a path to lucidity?

      You just answered your own question "I can feel myself entering a dream."

      Yes I am sure many people have experienced this I am one of them. This is a path to Lucidity if you are aware that you are entering a dream then you have stayed aware long enough and upon entering the dream you will most likeley be lucid.
