      Anyone here tried VILD

      Hey ,

      Has anyone here tried the VILD teachnique ( it was written by Sparky i think )anyway if you have do you go through SP and all the Flashing Lights etc ( like wild )

      Well when I tried it, I just lay there, then I look up and it's the morning. I.e. I fell asleep, so I'm guessing it's saying something.

      i've done 1 VILD. and i didnt get any sp, flashing lights or any of that stuff.

      I believe tha twith VILD, yo ugo through those steps while you are visualising the scene. And when the dream is finally fully complete you are in REM sleep or pretty close to it.
