Who needs weed to get the high feeling?
when u can lucid dream your self to do anything you want to?
Oh I see you are speaking about Dream Recall, yes it has been said that you always dream regardless of whether or not you remember. I am not quite sure as how you will always remember your dreams, but I think keeping a dream journal plays a big part in it. If you keep recording your dreams in as much detail as possible it seems that you will start to remember more and more dreams that you ware having each night and by doing this your Dream Recall gets much better and by lookin back on the dreams you have had you will be able to start finding dream signs. |

If I understand you right, you do "see" your dreams as you're having them, but it's possible to forget all about them later on, making it seem like you didn't have any dreams or that you didn't "see" them. That's why Brandon Heat was talking about dream recall. That's the skill to remember your dreams after you have them. |

hmm.. i think u kinda HAVE part of what im saying.. |

When you wake up after dreaming jot it down in a notebook or Wordpad or something. That's called a dream journal. The more you do this the better you will remember your dreams. Keeping a Dream Journal is a good way to pinpoint what your dream signs really are. Therefore you will become more aware of your dreams when your dreaming unconsciously. Then when you unconsciously recognize a dream sign you spontaneously know your in a dream. So you'll become lucid. |

08/14/05 I stumbled upon www.dreamviews.com
10/14/05 7:30AM First lucid. First dream control by wilding.
Number of lucids this month of April: 1
Total Lucids: 7
So, are you saying, your lucid dreams are more continuous and "real-time," but your non-lucid dreams seem to jump around more? I don't know that you can control the time of your non-lucid dreams - otherwise, you'd be partially lucid and in control. |

LD Counter (as of 07.25.07) = 5 (2 WILDs)
Short-term goal: Recall three full dreams a night for a full week.
Long-term goal: Have three LDs per week for one month.
Longer-term goal: Have one six-hour LD every night! (Shooting too high? We'll see.)
Waking life goal: Round up some NPSG equipment to study my own sleep patterns.
