well last night, i was trying to lay as still as possible and say to myself "am i dreaming? how about now?" after talking to my subconcsious. after a few itches and jerks, i think i had a first vibration? idk how to explain it really.. but i remember my body and what happend. it was like my heart started to race faster and from my head to my feet something in my body (i believe it was a vibration) went straight down like a earthquake. then after i heard some more noises, and eventually... recoverd like nothing had happend haha ^^. right now i am in the middle of my 60-90 min period where i drink coffee, tea, and a chocolate a bar.
while im up, i might as well ask, what do you guys do to make you lucid after going back to bed? i have read and found out to keep on asking yourself questions repeatedly and keep your mind going, but completley relaxing your body and not moving. for personal experience, what do you guys do?
