I have noticed that many people create their own -ILD acronym for every weird induction technique they can think of. So I thought I would create a thread where we could put all these crazy acronyms (it would be better if they at least had a remote chance of working ) and maybe have a good laugh :p. So I'll get the ball rolling then...

PFILD, or Pink Floyd Induced Lucid Dream. It's a simple enough technique, just listen to the song "Echoes" by Pink Floyd before falling asleep. I guarantee you that by the middle of the song, you will have a hard time believing that you are NOT dreaming !
