      Fubar Dreams

      has anyone here ever had a lucid or non-lucid dream that was just so messed up or disturbing that for the whole next day your like wtf was that ?

      last night i had the weirdest and most disturbing dream of my life ( trust me you really don't wanna know the content) it was non lucid yet incredibly vivid.

      anyone else have similar experiences

      I've had a few non lucid dreams when one/some of my family members died, and i woke up in tears. I was just relieved the next day and surprised that I could have dreams that vivid

      I once killed someone in a non-lucid dream. Awful feeling the next few days, I can tell you .

      I've dreamt of being with a girl, losing her before I wake up, and being sad that no relationship existed in the first place. (Adriana Lima, missing you baby.)

      This feeling of depression and loss I can easily associate and compare to what I feel if I stopped being with someone I loved in waking life. Falling in love with a dream character is a rare but interestingly moving experience. Fubar, maybe.
