      help with closing my eyes??

      hello, closng my eyes when I'm not really sleepy can be a problem, My eyes flicker and try to open unless I keep them closed with my hands. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

      I advise going to your nearest pharmacy/drugstore and getting a sleep mask. The satin one I bought really is quite comfortable, and will solve that problem since I had the same one. Just ask an attendant and they'll take ya right there.

      Exactly what Bro said, sleeping masks are the way to go, just get one that doesn't feel uncomfortable.

      You could get a mask or you could learn to relax.
      Eyes can often be too tense because you aren't relaxed enough. Either mentally or physically. And more so if you're actually focusing on closing your eyes or trying to fall asleep.
      Also, I wouldn't advise going to sleep until you are sufficiently tired but that's not my decision so to provide advice: learn to relax, both mentally and physically. Think about other things other than falling asleep and all such. And your eyes will stay closed in a relaxed manner, as they do naturally during sleep or whenever you are really tired and decide to close your eyes in relaxation.
