      Will a...

      ...clock in my room help WILDing? Like, one of those that still does the tick-tock thing? So you have something to concentrate on, or do you think it's a bad idea?

      And well, talk about items and noises that help you WILDing.

      I'm pretty sure when wilding you want to focus on you breathing, I sleep with a fan and when I attempt to wild, after a while, I wont here it anymore.

      so if you have a clock in your room, dont focus on it, It would probably have a negitive effect on the wild.
