      Focus on your eyelids or imagination?

      When you go to sleep and I suppose if you attempt to WILD do you look at your eyelids or your imagination?

      I don't know if this sounds like a daft question but they really are very different. I mean when I go with my imagination I tend to fall asleep quickly, but looking at my eyelids and the imagery produced it takes slightly longer.

      Thoughts?
