Double post, yes. But I just couldn't resist this one.

Yes I do! The placebo effect is the measurable, observable, or felt improvement in health not attributable to treatment. This effect is believed by many people to be due to the placebo itself in some mysterious way. A placebo (latin for \"I shall please\") is a medication or treatment believed by the administrator of the treatment to be inert or innocuous. Placebos may be sugar pills or starch pills. Even “fake” surgery and “fake” psychotherapy are considered placebos.
No, you don't know what a placebo is. I have the inert ability of telling when somebody's copied and pasted something from somewhere, as it dosen't fit into their writing style.

Note how this website's first paragraph is exactly the same as Evanescent's explanation of it, rule out the italicated part of his quote.

So, in fact, you basically copied and pasted it. [/b]
OWNED!!!! Kaniaz pretty much took the time to confirm what all of us already knew...not a big deal anyway. There should be no shame in ignorance as long as one has the desire to learn. I don't mind not knowing everything about computers and being stumped by many of the conversations they have here about them, but when I need to know what it is, I will.
