      Is it all possible?

Lately, I've been day dreaming about flying in the sky, than freefalling downward while spinning, then regaining flight. But what I want to know, is there such thing as something so exciting, that you wake up? And my second question, is the only way not to wake staying calm?

It is different with different people. The more immersed you are in the sensations of your experience, the easier it seems to be (for many) to stay in the dream.
