You know it when some music gets stuck in your head, and plays on 'repeat'?
It could be very annoying, especially if it's some stupid jingle from a commercial.

Here's an idea: Instead of trying to make to music stop ( which is nearly impossible ) just change the lyrics to stuff about lucid dreaming, so that you will sing in your mind something like: lucid, lucid dreams, lucid lucid dreaming... and so on.

It can make the music a lot less annoying, and may even help with induction.
