Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the idea of "lucid dreaming" and I was hoping I could get some tips for... "WILDs" I think they're called..? |

WILD - Wake Induced Lucid Dream, it's where you make your body go to leep and keep your mind active while you enter the dream. Anyway, with these, the quieter it is, the higher the chance of success I find. So maybe that could work, so long as you can sleep with them in, I know many have trouble with that. Do you have music playing though them? |

I don't really know if silence helps you attain lucidity, but I can't sleep without ear plugs anymore. I had a roommate who snored really bad, so I started using ear plugs. Now seems like I got used to them, so I just can't fall sleep without them anymore. Even when there is no noise in the room, apparently, it still feels noisy for some reason. |

Striving not to strive...
I wore those two years ago to block out my roommate's snoring, but with them I could only lay on my back, not the best position to lucid dream in for me. I actually like the sound of rainfall outside, I find it relaxing. I almost always LD during thunderstorms. |

I assume that for a WILD, complete silence would help. |
