A. A Program that plays Binaural beats, cause your brain to act on a different frequency. This can have many uses, including sleep assistance, calming, relaxing the body, inducing types of hallucinations and other kinds of effects.

B. The freeware trial is available on http://www.bwgen.com/. You will need to pay to get a registration code to unlock the full version, which allows importing presets which is very important. Presets are available in the library of th same site

It's an audio or visual stimulator that supposed to change your mental state, for example making you more alert or more sleepy.

Where can I find it?
You can download free or buy commercial software.
Search Google for Brainwave generator, or brainwave entrainment, and you'll find lots of software.

Does it work?
It's controversial if it's working. I think most people believe that it's working to some degree.

Well, you certainly shouldn't ask him or her for a reduction!
