      So the past few nights..

      The past few nights I have been dreaming of playing baseball. I am expecting it to happen again tonight. So what should I say to myself before I go to bed tonight in order to go lucid?

      The best thing that you can do before bed is make it absolutely crystal clear in your mind that the next time you are playing baseball you are dreaming, you need to make this thought stick out and become top of the list of things, that way your more likely to recognise your dreaming if you happen to dream about playing baseball.
