Hello dreamers!

Ok, I know I had some lucid experiences in my life but I wanna learn how can I have lucid dreams almost every night (or something), to trigger a LDs. So... All I need from you is some basic tips and help. Anyway I'm now using THIS (WILD, the breathing method) guide/tutorial. Is it good for newbs like me? If not, which one is the easiest method?
