Do you feel a Crushing pain in the hips during SP

Ive had SP a couple of times and im not scared at all of SP but I notice that I get a crushing feeling around by hips during SP.

      Is this suppose to happen?

Another thing, once I get SP how long should I wait untill I Imagine my dream body rolling out of bed.

As soon as SP starts? In the middle? or as late as possible?

I've never had that happen but SP can be quite different from person to person... so if it happens to you but not to the next person, that's not a problem.

As for when to know to roll out... I'd say that you just have to experiment and see what works best for you. I don't think doing it right at the onset of SP would be a good idea though...

I've once experienced abnormal pai non my left foot, and I was quite interested i nthis that I decided to move to see if it was real. Turns out my foot was really feeling strange, similarly to stopped blood flow... It didn't go back to normal until the next morning.

I believe you can tell th difference between something made by your mind and something real with practice. That is the key to natural LDing, I suppose. But never trust yourself though. If your objective is studying WILD, then move. If your objective is having a lucid dream, then dont.

Finally, try to combine WILD with FILD until you find out when to move. A good first step is to try to open your dream eyes and see as clearly as you can. Do only move when the image is as clear as the one of a normal dream.
