Thread: What is the earliest age you had a LD?

I'm not really sure, but I think I was about 3. That's the earliest I can even recall my dreams.

I can remember having one very young about 7-8 years old

I used to think at about 12 - but the more i think about it my first LD was in my old infant school - which I think you leave at the age of 6/7 I dont know - someone English correct me there, so it could be a lot younger than i thought...

Thats pretty amazing. I cant believe how many people had their first natural lucids at such a young age. The average seems to be about 8 years old. But 3years is probably the youngest possible! That means that as soon as we have personal memories, or a sense of self, we are able to LD. Not sure why Im so surprised
