      I used to do them very often during the day. I got lazy and have paid the price in the form of a dry spell.

      Yeah i find it really hard to keep up with doing RC's. I have heard so many different amounts on how often it should be done through out the day.

      Thats why i have started them again because i have had no ld in 5 nights and when i was doing them i was having alot of success. It's my second night back on the reality checks and i am expecting to have a lucid tonight.
