1-2 a day. Although I do have occassional days where I don't LD. Condolances to LD Master, but I am sure that it will come back. Usually does with me.

Have you trained a lot to accomplish this rate of LDs? How much time has it taken to do it?

Everyone LDs at different rates. There are a lot of variables that go into this rate: their brain's physiology, the technique they used, how often they think of LDing, how consistent their sleep schedule is, their diet (including drugs and vitamins), and their self-confidence.

I catch onto things quickly. Always have, always will. I use MP3s every other night (or less... Depends on how confident I am). I use a short WBTB in conjunction with WILD (which has thusfar failed, but produced good DILDs). I abstain from all drugs and pills. I keep a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends. I lucid dream several times per week, sometimes multiple times per night, unless some other fun hobby *cough*videogames*cough* catches my attention (in which case I have a lucid dream once every couple weeks).

I'd say I can quite get lucid 1 or 2 times per night. Lol sorry to keep this a secret but ever since I started trying to induce DILDs, my chances of getting lucid per dream has really increased by alot

If I try I can have about 3 a night - but normally this leaves me a little tired as use a WBTB technique. But on average I would try this once or twice a week

I've only been trying for just over a week. I had one on the third day of trying, and one on the seventh. Hopefully they will become consistant

Sort of. One person hit the nail on the head, my brain physiology is a tad different, being Autistic. I find it makes me a "natural". But this said, if I stop keeping a dream diary, my whole ability to lucid fades to once a week if I'm on form, and once a month if I'm off form.

Also, I have been LDing for over 10 years. I have no clue if my method is WILD, DILD, MILD, or any of the other methods described. When I am in bed, and with my eyes closed, I simply state what I want to dream of, then visualise a ball of fire, move into it, and just watch my surroundings until sleep comes. Doing this and writing in my dream diary on my laptop makes me lucid every night. I also listen to a subliminal MP4 I found here (I forget who it was, but you are stunning!) most nights/mornings before bed.

For now, once a month. But I just starting trying to LD 3 months ago, and to be honest I haven't really been putting my full effort into it lately.

MisterHyde, about that step involving stepping into the fire to manifest a "dream"...

Has the time it takes to accomplish this shortened since you started? I'm pretty confident I'm getting close to the ability to WILD anytime I am sleeping healthily, (DILD's a different matter, but that'll come, I haven't been doing my RCs or keeping A DJ efficiently at ALL). Problem is, it's pretty random whether I can do it within 30min, or if it'll take 3 hours... I don't have the time to take 3 hours to WILD every day, unfortunately...

I'll have 2 in one week and then can go months without any. I've averaged out to about 1 a month I would say although I'm not trying especially hard.

yea i couldn't find the old of thread like this if there is one...

anyway so what do you count as a lucid dream? Because I think I may have more than one lucid dream in one night, but I'm not sure, because they can be really short, but they are still seperate scenes...

I used to have more than 1/week, now I have 1/month due to lack of motivation and discipline. But I will get better!
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.

Yes. At first it was really difficult, I could visualise the fire, but I couldn't move towards it. It was just moving around my field of vision randomly. Now it's relatively easy. The hardest part is visualising the ball of fire, or at least visualising it in the centre of my vision.
