      My way of becoming Lucid

I've had the most success with this method so far, and I always get a high lucidity when I do this technique. Its similar to WILD but is much easier.

      1. You should have 5-6 hours of sleep before doing this.

      2. You'll notice in the late part of your sleep that you wake up for a couple of seconds than fall back asleep quick. THIS IS WHEN YOU DO IT

      3. As soon as you noticed your dream finish, and you know that your awake. Try not moving and keep your eyes closed( its okay if you move a little, roll over etc.)

      4. Visualize/imagine walking around your house either inside or outside/backyard/ anywhere thats VERY familiar to you. It should be simple (no flying/talking to DC/ anything that requires a lot of thinking)

Note: its also very helpful if you use other senses to for example, when you imagine walking up or down stairs try to feel the stairs, or doorknobs, etc.

      5. Keep doing step 4, no matter how much you think its not going to work. After a while you'll notice that things are starting to take control of them selves (DC's will start to appear, and you find your self playing the role of your current dream environment) YOUR LUCID NOW!!!!!!

The great thing about this technique is it will usually give you a high lucidity, for me better than a WILD. The reason is you go directly into a dream without losing consciousness.

I really hope I don't offend you or anything. I always feel bad saying "oh someone already made that"

Well, DEILD with VILD, or the visualisation version under that link. And I'm not sure I've heard the "somewhere familiar" idea before; I think that's a good one.
