LD's in last week:3
Yeah, it sounds wonderful. I can never seem to get into the LD part though. I figure that WILD'ing will be the easiest technique for me, becuase I can naturally get into SP, last night I did hear two sounds through hallucination, but I can never stay concentrated on my counting long enough to fall asleep. Also whenever I get really close and start slipping I cant breath anymore, its freaky. But I haven't given up yet. |

A very good technique to try would be WBTB - I almost LD at will doing this. If you need some pointers let me know |
|
Suer. How about your technique for keeping your concentration? I always have trouble with it. |

Well it is fairly easy. In short you wake up 5 hours after going to sleep. Stay awake for about 5 minutes then go back to sleep, you should be tired enough to fall back to sleep, and awake enough to do it with lucid dreaming on mind. |

Kay. I have tried that a few times, but I usually end up falling asleep. Or, not being able to sleep at all. Too excited. Ill just need to find that balance. Is it ok if I try to LD right when I go to bed. Then if I fail go to sleep and try 5 hours later? or is it bad to try twice in one night?? |

Not at all. I mean I normally go to bed with the intention of lucid dreaming, but know when I set my alarm then my WBTB will work and I will be lucid anyway so don't pressure myself. |
