Question How do i become lucid from here?

This has happened quite a few times. I wake up in the middle of the night then go back to sleep and become aware that i am in sleep paralysis because i can't open eyes and i am dreaming, and the dream is always scary. Like last night this man was sneeking up on me, i woke up eventually, lay there for about 2 seconds and i was back in sleep paralysis and another scary dream, i find it very hard to stay awake. Anyone else experience this and how do i become lucid from this point?

Okay, i think the best thing for you to do is to remain calm when in this situation, just keep your mind and thoughts focused and know that anything you experience is not real! Tell yourself that it is essential to keep only your mind awake and aware. Then once you have gotten into the dream stage you should try creating a dream scene or just doing whatever lucid activity you can think of. Don't let it put you off though, you will do well, just keep your head high and know that you are the controller of your dreams Best of luck!

This hapagain last night. I woke up and started letting my thoughts wander and then i suddenly could see scenes but i was inactive so i tryed to ope ny eyes but i couldn't. After about 20 seconds i woke up but then within about 5 seconds i was in this situation again, and this repeated about 15 times. After about 10 times i got up and i was telling myself i can become lucid off this just follow it but i was scared of what was going to happen (pathetic, i know). It sounded like people's description af a part of (WILD) where i was paralysed and there where all weird images forming and voices. I wish i knew what this was because it's happening alot and soon as i snap out of it the only way to stop myself from falling back asleep instantly is to get up, i read on a site before that sleep paralysis occurs if you ain't getting enough sleep which could explain this.

So does this sound like (WILD) to anyone?
