      Im not sure Ill have the heart to tonight.

      Im sort of in the middle of a crisis situation. I was excited to Lucid Dream all of today, but I think my mind will be far too full to try. However a good LD is exactly what I need today. Something bad happened, and well...its not going to be easy, but I am going to try anyways. Any tips on taking intrusive thoughts from my mind?

      Hmm, intrusive thoughts... well, you could try some form of meditation to help clear your mind. Or, if you are having a crisis of some sort, plan out a way to effectively deal with and eliminate the crisis before you go to bed so you feel a bit accomplished.

      For example: if I have to run about 20 very important errands tomorrow, I will make sure to write down in one place what those errands are and what time I should run them. That way my mind can be at peace until morning.

      Its an emergency sort of crises. I can't really fix it. But good idea. Ill try meditation.

      If it's an emergency perhaps you should stay up and take care of it?

      I agree, meditation always seem to help me. And making a list is a great idea too. You should try to LD anyway, LDing always helps me calm down when Im in a crisis situation.

      Its not like that. A good friend of mine is in the hospital. There isn't much I can do about it.

      Sorry to hear your friend is in the hospital.

      Perhaps you should just let your dreams guide themselves tonight, give your mind the opportunity to sort through your thoughts on everything.

      Mentally send your friend some positive emotions, affection or thoughts while you're verging on sleep. This way your dreams, lucid or non lucid, will hopefully be positive as well.

      Thats good advise. After sitting on it for a while I think that I will be able to LD. Once im in SP I find it really easy to forget things so thats fine. Ill just send her good thoughts in my LD tonight!
