Okay, i think the best thing for you to do is to remain calm when in this situation, just keep your mind and thoughts focused and know that anything you experience is
not real! Tell yourself that it is essential to keep only your mind awake and aware. Then once you have gotten into the dream stage you should try creating a dream scene or just doing whatever lucid activity you can think of. Don't let it put you off though, you will do well, just keep your head high and know that you are the controller of your dreams
